Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bititi Impact Store — where luxury meets intention.

We value your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


1. Digital Products (NON-REFUNDABLE)

All digital products—including templates, workbooks, branding kits, downloadable files, and digital programs—are final sale and non-refundable.

Because all digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned, no refunds or exchanges are offered.

 

2. Handmade / Custom Items (LIMITED RETURN)

Our handcrafted items (custom boards, trays, ashtrays, mugs, apparel, etc.) are made with care and intention.

These items are final sale unless the product arrives:

✔️ Damaged

✔️ Defective

✔️ Incorrect

If you receive an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

We will review and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Repair (if applicable)

We do not refund:

  • Custom designs
  • Personalized items
  • Items damaged by customer use

 

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange (when applicable):

  • Items must be unused, in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Must be approved by our support team before shipping back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

4. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued as:

  • Store credit
    or
  • Original method of payment (only if applicable)

 

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After production or processing begins, cancellations are not available.

 

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged or defective.

7. Shipping for Returns

 

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

Tracking is strongly recommended.
