Thank you for shopping with Bititi Impact Store — where luxury, intention, and purpose meet.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing Time

 

 

Digital Products

  • Instantly delivered via email after purchase.
  • No shipping charges.

Handmade/Custom Items

Our handcrafted trays, boards, ashtrays, mugs, and custom items require time and intention.

Processing Time:

✔️ 5–10 business days for in-stock handmade items

✔️ 7–14 business days for custom designs

✔️ Large boards (Ludi4Life) may require 7–21 days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, shipping times are:

Canada

  • Standard: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

United States

  • Standard: 4–10 business days

International

  • Shipping time varies: 7–21 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight
  • Size of items
  • Destination
  • Shipping method

Digital products = no shipping fee.

Large items (e.g., 24–48 inch Ludi boards) may have oversized shipping fees due to weight and dimensions.

 

4. Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier info
  • Delivery updates

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment/unit number
  • Customer error

The customer is responsible for:

  • Re-shipping fees
  • Any additional charges from the carrier

We cannot refund orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the carrier

However, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim where possible.


 

 

 

7. 🌟 LOCAL PICKUP — NOW AVAILABLE

 

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

How Local Pickup Works

 

  1. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
  2. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
  3. Pickup window and instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
  4. Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when arriving.


 

Pickup Hours

 

🕒 Monday–Sunday: 12 PM – 8 PM

(Subject to change based on availability — confirmation email will state final time.)

 

Important Notes

 

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
  • Orders not collected may be cancelled or returned to inventory.
  • Large wood products must fit safely in your vehicle.

 

8. Customs & International Fees

 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These are not included in your checkout total.
